The fight on the top deck of “The Man’s Promise” wraps up, but before the pirates can take the ship they must first warn their captain of a sneak attack…or do they? This week is all about sundering and plundering, as the crew of the Wormwood sinks back into the fog of war!
GM Notes
Pathfinder 2nd Edition Conversion Notes (SPOILERS BELOW):
So we went over the combat changes last week, and there weren’t that many other changes this week in combat. One thing that this week brought though (in both the 1st edition AP and this conversion) is the first large treasure drop that party gets in this story.
I went into the 2nd edition book and looked at what treasure second level heroes should have at this level, and they should each have a major magic item for themselves. For the most part gold handouts are reduced by a factor of 10 for 2nd Edition, but in addition to that I gave out some potions that seem like they will be helpful for the party. From here on out I think that the treasure will flow a little more loosely, but I am interested to try and get it to keep up with their level.
